Raw materials chosen must pass several quality control processes established by Cecinas Nieto as well as the Cecina de León PGI (Protected Geographical Identification) Regulatory Council, which certifies the quality of this product, as well as the compliance with the hygienic and health conditions stipulated by the European veterinary standards.

By selecting the best hind quarters from the best breed of cow, we obtain a top quality product. We add only natural ingredients to this tasty meat, which is gently oak-smoked for a minimum of twelve months, to produce a cecina with a unique and delicious taste.
